My name is Hazel and I am married with three grown up daughters,
and a little grand daughter and grandson to spoil!
I grew up with a great love for sewing and flowers and this is reflected in my designs.
As a child I loved to collect, identify and press wild flowers.
Now I create embroidery designs my two loves are combined.
Along with some of my favourite garden varieties and some of the native wild flowers here in England
I will continue to incorporate them into graceful designs that are suited for embellishing
heirloom and bridal projects, as well as many other items.
In the past I have worked as a Bridal dressmaker, and my speciality has been silk embroidered corsets!
I loved being involved in such an important part of a brides wedding, making her dreams come to life with the perfect dress!
With the increase in themed weddings I had noticed that there are not many intricate Celtic designs
available for machine embroidery and so I have become fascinated with these designs and my range of
Celtic designs continues to grow.
I have begun a series of designs that can be used to create embroidered fabric! In the future I hope to
produce free standing lace designs, designs for the endless embroidery hoop,
extra large designs for the many new Mega hoops available, designs that have provision for
the numerous types of crystals
and some inspirational embroidery.
My aim is to produce sets of designs that offer the greatest versatility in their usage.
Obviously my designs are copyrighted and can only be resized and not edited without my permission.
How often do you find a wonderful set of designs only to discover that the shapes do not lend
themselves to your particular project?
With this in mind I try to include small sections of the designs so that you can configure
them to your heart's content
and I aim to make many versions of each design within each set.
