Please read these carefully before ordering as when you purchase embroidery designs from Graceful embroidery you are agreeing to these conditions. You will be asked to check them before your order is processed.

Customers should be careful that the designs that they purchase are suitable for their machine and its hoops, as well as in the correct format. Please request a PDF document of a set, which contains all dimensions, if in doubt about a sets suitability for your hoops and format, as there can be no refunds for designs purchased that you cannot embroider on your machine.

Graceful Embroidery does not offer any refunds on purchases because of the nature of the products. These designs have been digitised carefully and this process takes a long time involving stitching out the designs to check on the quality.

At present designs cannot be downloaded from this site.

Free designs for testing are available to members of the Graceful embroidery Yahoo group.

All  designs  are copyrighted and remain the property of Graceful Embroidery. When you purchase the designs you are purchasing a license for your own personal use, enabling them to be loaded on your computer and embroidery machine.  Editing the designs is not allowed if you are selling the finished product. Only resizing and colour changing is allowed. If you require some editing then please email me and I will let you know how much it will cost you for me to do it for you. You may use the designs on items for your own personal use, on gifts and on items for sale without limit. You cannot exchange or give the designs to others or sell them as design files. Please contact me if you have any queries.
