My name is Hazel and I am married with three grown up daughters, and a little grand daughter and grandson to spoil! I grew up with a great love for sewing and flowers and this is reflected in my designs. As a child I loved to press wild flowers and now I own two embroidery machines it only seems natural that flowers are to be found in a great deal of my designs. Along with some of my favourite garden varieties and some of the native wild flowers here in England I will incorporate them into graceful designs that are suited for embellishing bridal wear and many other items.
For a while now I have been working as a Bridal dressmaker, and my specialty is silk embroidered corsets for brides! I love to be an important part of a brides wedding making her dreams come to life in the perfect dress! You can view my work which features many of my designs at: Hazel Grace Couture Bridal Dressmaker

With the increase in themed weddings I have noticed that there are not many intricate Celtic designs available for machine embroidery and so I am working on some suitable for wedding corsets, dresses and coats. Although many of my designs will be suitable for bridal wear they can also be embroidered on many other items. Some of my future projects will be free standing lace designs, designs for the endless embroidery hoop, large designs for creating all over fabric, pictures of historical (e.g. Victorian) costumes for framing, designs that have provision for the numerous types of crystals available, designs that can be embellished by hand and inspirational embroidery.
My aim is to produce sets of designs that offer the greatest versatility in their usage. Obviously my designs are copyrighted and can only be resized and not edited without my permission. How often do you find a wonderful set of designs only to discover that the shapes do not lend themselves to your particular project? With this in mind I try to include small sections of the designs so that you can configure them to your heart's content and I aim to make many versions of each design within each set. Visit the sets and inspiration pages to see samples of the designs that I am presently working on and how you can use them. If you would like some freebies of my designs please email me and I will send them to you without any obligation. Don't forget to let me know your chosen format! I will be producing a newsletter when sets are released if you want to be notified.
